    Along with the decreasing temperatures, comes a long the the cold and flu season.  At this time we see the effects of these epidemic's increase and ever where we go we see people sick. 

    One of the best ways that we can help ourselves is with proper nutrition.  It helps our bodies build our immune systems to combat the viruses and bacteria that are knocking on every door.  Another good practice is to always keep your hands clean by frequent washing.  As well as exercise, sleep, lots of water and of course herbal remedies combined with vegetable juices. 

    One of the best natural remedies for the cold or flu is garlic.  It is a natural antibiotic.  So eat lots of foods with garlic, and if possible try and eat some raw.

    Let us always remember throughout the year to follow the advice of the Bible which will also increase our health.

"If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men."      Romans 12:18

In this new year let us share God's love with others, be at peace with everyone, and focus our attention on the benefits of health.
